Office policies

Clear expectations make visits easier.

These summaries help patients understand the basics. The office’s approved policy documents control and will be posted here when provided.

Appointments and walk-ins

Walk-ins are generally limited to established patients when the schedule allows. New patients should call first so we can verify insurance, discuss the reason for the visit, and prepare for a thorough first appointment.

Medication and refill requests

Please contact our office directly for refills; we do not routinely respond to pharmacy requests. Prescriptions are intended to last until your scheduled follow-up. If you miss it, a 3–15 day bridge may be provided while we arrange a prompt appointment. Starting or restarting medication requires a visit.

Insurance and financial policy

We accept most major insurance plans, including BCBS, UnitedHealthcare, and Medicare. Network status varies—especially among some Marketplace EPO plans—so please call before your first visit to verify coverage.
